Coffee roulette: small pauses: Big wellbeing wins
Do you work on your own? Contact us via our form to be connected with someone else who wants a break. Sharing a coffee with someone new can spark unexpected joy—one simple chat, one warm cup, and suddenly a stranger becomes a moment of connection that brightens your whole day.

Here is how it works:
Every month we post on our private facebook group and ask if you are in or out. Then on the 7th of every month we pair you with someone from the network randomly. You two get in touch with each other and set up a mutually agreeable time to have a tea break together. It is up to you which platform you use but Zoom offers 40 mins for free. Every month, you can decide if you are in or out for at month before we assign pairs, usually on the 7th of each month.

Taking regular breaks and connecting with others are simple habits that make a big difference to our wellbeing. Even short pauses help us think more clearly, reduce stress, and return to work feeling refreshed. These small moments boost creativity, improve accuracy, and ease physical tension from long periods of sitting. Social connection is just as powerful—chatting with others increases happiness, reduces loneliness, and helps us feel supported. Workplaces that encourage connection often see stronger teamwork and better engagement. When we don’t take breaks, fatigue and stress build quickly, so giving ourselves permission to pause is essential for staying healthy and energised.

Insomnia Support Group
For those who want to sleep better
This is a support group for those who don't sleep very well. Insomnia can feel like you are the only one awake while everyone else peacefully recharges and restores. But connecting with others who know how that feels can help it feel less lonely. This online private group gives you the chance to share your struggles with those in a similar situation, lean about habits and routines that can be helpful, and try out some practical exercises that have helped hundreds of people wind down and rest.
