My name is Hassi
I am a registered Occupational Therapist, PhD in Psychology and I am the Founder and Director of Life Balance Therapy. I am a compassionate person who is a good listener and I can empathise with another person’s world view without judgement. I have been through plenty of personal challenges myself and I have come out the other side with some scars but wiser, and with more acceptance. I have a deep connection with our common humanity and to Mother Nature. Myself, I am a lifelong learner of all things about people, the human experience, and health and wellbeing, particularly.
